Genuine perfume decants are prepared from original fragrances. Decants are transferred into Scentportion bottles and are not factory sealed. Bottle, label and packaging may differ from the maker's product.

Choose from 2 ml, 5 ml, 9 ml, 15 ml or 30 ml, depending on availability.

Fragrances are sold first come, first served. Listings and stock can change. If an ordered fragrance becomes unavailable, Scentportion will contact you and agree on a solution before proceeding.

Prices reflect fragrance cost, decanting loss and evaporation, operations, marketing, bottles, labels and packaging. Prices can change with availability, stock and market prices; Scentportion may update prices at any time.

Before checkout, confirm your name, phone, delivery address, fragrance, size and quantity. Once processing or shipping begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

You may request cancellation before processing or shipment. Cancellation may not be available after dispatch.

Estimated delivery: Dhaka 2–3 days; outside Dhaka 3–4 days. Timing can vary because of courier service, weather, holidays, traffic and other factors. Scentportion is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Contact Scentportion promptly if an order leaks, breaks, is significantly damaged, or contains the wrong fragrance or size. Send clear photos or video of the outer package, shipping label, decant and issue. Claims are reviewed; a replacement, credit or refund may be offered where applicable.

Change of mind, scent preference, or opened, used, sprayed or tampered decants are generally not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons. Contact Scentportion first; approved returns must follow its instructions.

Scent and performance can vary between people and batches, including lifespan and projection. A performance difference alone does not automatically mean the product is defective.

Discounts, bundles, free delivery and codes may have separate terms. Offers generally cannot be combined unless stated. Scentportion may change or end a promotion at any time.

Product names, descriptions, prices and stock details are intended to be accurate, but errors or omissions can occur. Scentportion may correct or update information.

Personal information is used to process orders, arrange delivery and improve service. Scentportion says it does not sell your data and shares it only with trusted service providers when needed. Contact Scentportion with privacy concerns.
